U.S. spot Ether ETF outflows hit $60.22 million on October 27. That extends redemptions to a second straight session, according to SoSoValue. BlackRock’s ETHA shed $93.28 million on its own. Those redemptions more than offset inflows at the only two funds that took in cash. The print is smaller than Monday’s, but it leaves Ether products net negative while Bitcoin funds keep attracting money.
Which Ether ETFs Gained and Lost on October 27
Spot Ether ETFs hold actual ETH. Net flows show whether investors are adding or removing exposure through regulated funds. Farside Investors’ Ether ETF flow update shows BlackRock’s ETHA lost $93.3 million, the largest redemption of the session.
Fidelity’s FETH took in $28.6 million, and Grayscale’s fund, ticker ETH, added $4.5 million. Every other tracked Ether fund reported zero flows, bringing the net total to about -$60.2 million. SoSoValue reports the same figure of $60.22 million.
Analyst Crypto Patel converted those dollar flows into coins. By his figures, ETHA sold about 39,810 ETH. FETH bought 12,200 ETH, and Grayscale bought 1,910 ETH. Across all funds, Ether ETFs were net sellers of roughly 25,700 ETH.
Ether ETF Outflows Narrow From Monday, but ETHA Still Leads
Farside data cited in LiveBitcoinNews coverage of Monday’s session showed $88.6 million in net outflows on October 26. ETHA lost $104.7 million that day, while FETH added $16.1 million.
Tuesday’s $60.22 million outflow is about 32% smaller. Still, the two sessions total roughly $148.8 million. ETHA’s redemptions across both days come to about $198 million. These totals combine Farside and SoSoValue figures, which match closely on October 27.
Bitcoin funds moved the other way. SoSoValue recorded $176 million in net inflows for U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs on October 27. BlackRock’s IBIT led with $151 million and Fidelity’s FBTC with $24.5 million. Patel’s tally of all U.S. spot crypto ETFs came to about +$94.84 million, with Solana funds losing $19.16 million.
Ether Price Holds Near $2,400 as Traders Weigh the Outflows
CoinGecko lists Ether at $2,364.67. That is up 3.04% over 24 hours but down 3.34% over seven days. Daily trading volume stands at about $9.79 billion.
Price rising alongside ETF outflows shows that fund flows do not move Ether in lockstep. Spot and derivatives trading also shape price. The sources provide no evidence linking Tuesday’s redemptions to price action.
Analyst Ella says Ether reacted from the $2,320 zone and is printing higher lows on the four-hour chart. She stopped short of calling a full reversal. She flags $2,400 as the level that matters. A reclaim that holds would put $2,440 back in play. Losing $2,300 would force a rethink of the bounce.
The next signals are whether ETHA redemptions continue in Wednesday’s flow data and whether Ether can hold $2,400.
